The Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc. (PAF) established the Florida Certified Paralegal (FCP) Program to complement the National Association of Legal Assistants’ (NALA) Certified Paralegal (CP) Program.  Its purpose is to provide a standard of measurement of advanced skills and knowledge in Florida-specific law.  PAF administers the FCP Examination annually.
