Bea LeVine, CP, FRP – President

Bea LeVine is a Senior Paralegal with the Buchanan Ingersoll Rooney firm in Tampa, FL and specializes in immigration law.  She received her Certified Paralegal designation in 1988 and her Florida Registered Paralegal designation from The Florida Bar Association in 2008.  She previously developed and implemented our State’s Emeritus status for retired or disabled members.  On a Chapter level, she has been a member of the Hillsborough Chapter since 2003 and has served as Past President, Director, newsletter editor, Chair of educational seminar events, and has overseen the development of two specific scholarships funds.  At a community level, Bea has served on the Advisory Council for the Paralegal Studies Program at Keiser University since 2013.  Bea has served on a variety of firm committees and contributes to their immigration blog.  In her spare time, Bea has dedicated numerous pro bono and volunteer hours with various organizations and area churches in her community. Jennifer R. Wallace, CP, FCP, FRP – First Vice President

Jennifer is employed at the law firm of Rory B. Weiner PA.  Mr. Weiner is a Board Certified Business Litigator and practices in the areas of business disputes, commercial litigation, wills and trusts, small business law, and real estate.   Jennifer has been a paralegal for 12 years.

Jennifer believes in the importance of education and continuing that education.  She is a steadfast supporter of a mandatory Rule 20 (Florida Registered Paralegal registration).  She is strong proponent of furthering education through a college environment and through professional development.  She encourages fellow paralegals to take the steps to invest in themselves as the paralegal sector is very competitive. Asha Maharaj-Lucas, FRP – Second Vice President

Asha Maharaj-Lucas has been a paralegal since 1997, beginning her career in the Federal Court System in the Northern District of New Jersey.  In 2004, she relocated to Tallahassee.  She is a strong advocate for the paralegal profession and focuses on strengthening resources and education for those currently in the profession, while inspiring budding students to begin their career!  Asha has been diligently working with the Big Bend Chapter to continue its growth and stay competitive with local paralegal associations.  She is currently serving as the Immediate Past President and has served as the President, and Vice President for Big Bend Chapter, she also serves as Committee Chair for the State Scholarship Committee. Asha received her BA in political science from Rutgers University. Asha is a proud Florida Bar Registered Paralegal and is a paralegal with Guilday, Simpson, West, Hatch, Lowe & Roane P.A. (Guilday Law). Her past employments included one of the largest creditors firm in the New York/New Jersey area as well as the general counsel’s office of several state agencies. (Email)

Jennifer Heape, CP, FRP – Treasurer

Jennifer Heape, CP, FRP has been a member of PAF, Inc. since 2011 when one of PAF’s newest chapters, the First Coast Chapter, was formed. She is the Immediate Past President and current First Vice President of the First Coast Chapter.  She has been an active member of the First Coast Chapter’s Board of Directors since 2012 having served as President, First Vice President and DAL-School/Student Liaison.  Jennifer was an intregal part of the 2014 PAF Spring Seminar Planning Committee.  She has served on the FSCJ Paralegal Studies Advisory Committee (2013 – 2016), and was a featured speaker at their 2017 CLE Paralegal Scholarship Program Seminar.

Jennifer obtained her paralegal certificate from the University of North Florida, Legal Studies Program, and has been in the legal field for over 20 years. This has allowed her to gain a wealth of knowledge in a variety of genres.  She currently works as a personal injury trial paralegal for the senior partner at Spohrer & Dodd in Jacksonville, FL, handling complex personal injury cases including aviation crashes.

Marcia Muldoon, CP, FRP – Secretary

Marcia has more than 28+ years of legal experience, primarily in the personal injury field, and has been a paralegal at the law firm of Matthews Eastmoore in Sarasota for the past 7 years.  During her tenure, with the Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc. (“PAF”), she served as NALA Liaison for 2 years, the Suncoast Chapter board President for two years, Vice-President for two years, Newsletter Chair for three years, and Seminar Chair for the PAF Fall seminars in 2010 and 2016.


She is a member of the Suncoast Chapter of the Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc., the Solo and Small Firm and Florida Registered Paralegal Sections of the Florida Bar, the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA), the State College of Florida – Paralegal Advisory Committee and attended Northwestern Michigan College.  Annually, she volunteers as a timekeeper for the 12th Judicial Circuit High School Mock Trial Competitions.

In her spare time she enjoys being with her family, traveling reading a lot and watching soccer.  Though her son is now graduated and she misses watching him play – she still enjoys going to the fields and rooting on the local teams. (Email)

Jodee Buck, CP, FCP, FRP – Immediate Past President

Jodee L. Buck is a certified paralegal with more than 12 years of legal experience primarily in the fields of Real Estate, Civil Litigation, Corporate, and Government law. She has worked for the past 7+ years at Dill & Evans, PL in Sebastian, Florida. Jodee received her AA degree from Keiser University in 2004 and completed her paralegal certification with the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) and is a member of NALA. Recently, Keiser University featured Jodee in a testimonial commercial for their institution. In 2006 Jodee also completed the requirements to become a Florida Certified Paralegal as well as a Florida Registered Paralegal, and is a member of the General Practice Solo and Small firm Section of the Florida Bar. Currently, she is the President of the Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc., and remains a member of the Treasure Coast Chapter. She has devoted many years supporting the United Way. Jodee has been with her husband since 1997, and they have a beautiful daughter and reside in Vero Beach, Florida. She also has a Boston Terrier, and a Russian Blue cat, as well as a small Russian Tortoise that will probably outlive them all. Darlene Raudabaugh, J.D. – Parliamentarian

Darlene Raudabaugh, JD graduated from Illinois State University with a B.S. in Psychology. She went on to law school in Chicago, graduating from Chicago-Kent/I.I.T. After passing the Illinois Bar exam, she married and moved to England for about two years. Upon returning to the United States, she and her family settled in the Tampa Bay Area and Darlene began working as a paralegal. After working at a couple of smaller firms in Tampa, Darlene worked for Carlton Fields for almost nine years and for Fowler White for more than fifteen years. Her areas of interest focus primarily on commercial litigation and bankruptcy. Her hobbies include reading-, gardening, traveling, being a mom to her two sons and a significant other to a great guy, Pat. (Email)
