Jodee Buck, CP, FCP, FRP – President
Jodee L. Buck is a certified paralegal with more than 12 years of legal experience primarily in the fields of Real Estate, Civil Litigation, Corporate, and Government law. She has worked for the past 7+ years at Dill & Evans, PL in Sebastian, Florida. Jodee received her AA degree from Keiser University in 2004 and completed her paralegal certification with the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) and is a member of NALA. Recently, Keiser University featured Jodee in a testimonial commercial for their institution. In 2006 Jodee also completed the requirements to become a Florida Certified Paralegal as well as a Florida Registered Paralegal, and is a member of the General Practice Solo and Small firm Section of the Florida Bar. Currently, she is the President of the Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc., and remains a member of the Treasure Coast Chapter. She has devoted many years supporting the United Way. Jodee has been with her husband since 1997, and they have a beautiful daughter and reside in Vero Beach, Florida. She also has a Boston Terrier, and a Russian Blue cat, as well as a small Russian Tortoise that will probably outlive them all. Jodee’s hobbies include dancing, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Bea LeVine, CP, FRP – First Vice President
Bea LeVine is a Senior Paralegal with the Buchanan Ingersoll Rooney firm in Tampa, FL and specializes in immigration law. She received her Certified Paralegal designation in 1988 and her Florida Registered Paralegal designation from The Florida Bar Association in 2008. At the state level, Bea currently serves as First Vice President of the Paralegal Association of Florida and oversees seminars statewide. She recently developed and implemented our State’s Emeritus status for retired or disabled members. On a Chapter level, she has been a member of the Hillsborough Chapter since 2003 and has served as Past President, Director, newsletter editor, Chair of educational seminar events, and has overseen the development of two specific scholarships funds. At a community level, Bea has served on the Advisory Council for the Paralegal Studies Program at Keiser University since 2013. With over 27 years of service at her current employer, Bea has served on a variety of firm committees, including the Paralegal Professional Development Committee and blog contributor. In her spare time, Bea has dedicated numerous pro bono and volunteer hours with various organizations in her community, including the Hillsborough County Bar Association projects, Epilepsy Services Foundation, James A. Haley Veteran’s Hospital, and community churches.
Janet Poklemba, CP, FRP – Second Vice President
Janet Poklemba was born and raised in Fort Myers. After graduating from high school, she relocated to Tampa for a few years, then returned to Fort Myers and attended and earned her Associates Degree in a Paralegal Program at a local college in Fort Myers. While attending college, Janet worked as a paralegal in a sole practitioner’s office handling the estate and guardianship matters. After earning her degree and gaining experience in trusts and estates, she started working in the Trusts and Estate section of a large law firm based out of Stamford, Connecticut, Cummings & Lockwood LLC, and have been with the same firm since 1999.
She is proud to be a Certified Paralegal and Florida Registered Paralegal.
Jennifer R. Wallace, CP, FCP, FRP – Secretary
Jennifer is employed at the law firm of Rory B. Weiner PA. Mr. Weiner is a Board Certified Business Litigator and practices in the areas of business disputes, commercial litigation, wills and trusts, small business law, and real estate. Jennifer has been a paralegal for 12 years.
Jennifer believes in the importance of education and continuing that education. She is a steadfast supporter of a mandatory Rule 20 (Florida Registered Paralegal registration). She is strong proponent of furthering education through a college environment and through professional development. She encourages fellow paralegals to take the steps to invest in themselves as the paralegal sector is very competitive.

Jeremie Ayala, FRP – Treasurer
Jeremie Ayala graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2002 with a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies. Jeremie started her legal career in 2001 when she began working for Hernan Castro the
Program Attorney for the Department of Revenue Child Support Enforcement office. Over the course of her time there, Jeremie was promoted to Legal Secretary and then later to Paralegal/Office Manager. After working with Mr. Castro for almost 10 years, Jeremie decided it was time to expand her legal career. She currently works with Bachand & Bachand, PA handling family law cases – which is her passion.
Jeremie joined the Paralegal Association of Florida in 2013, and became interested in participating with Committees shortly thereafter. Jeremie started as the Fundraising Committee Chair, then moved on to the Chapter’s Second Vice-President, and is now the current Chapter President.
Jeremie has been married to her husband for 15 years. They have 2 fur babies, Dallas & Chloe, who are the most spoiled Pugs ever. They love to work on their house, ride their motorcycles, scuba diving, and taking vacations together.
Patricia DeRamus, ACP, FRP – Immediate Past President
Patricia DeRamus is an Advanced Certified Paralegal – Trial Practice and Discovery with the State Attorney’s Office in West Palm Beach, Fl. She is a Florida Registered Paralegal. She has worked as a paralegal for 20+ years. She is active in the Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc. and has served in a variety of leadership roles for the association and a long standing member of the Palm Beach County Chapter. She is past president of the Shenandoah Valley Paralegal Association and past Vice President of the Virginia Alliance of Paralegal Associations. She is a NALA member and served on NALA’s PDC Committee and is a current Emeritus Member. She has written articles for Facts & Findings and Literally Speaking. Patricia for at least 10 years served on various Committees of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. She is currently serving on The Florida Bar – Florida Registered Paralegal Committee.
Marcia Muldoon, CP, FRP – NALA Liaison
Marcia Muldoon, CP, FRP, is the current NALA Liaison for The Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc. and immediate past-president of The Paralegal Association of Florida Suncoast Chapter. She has over 30 years of legal experience and works for E. Keith DuBose, Esq. at the law firm of Matthews Eastmoore in personal injury pre-suit and litigation field.
For the past 20 years, Marcia has volunteered her time to the Manatee/Sarasota County Mock Trial annual high school competition. She has served as a Sarasota High School Soccer Booster, and was involved with Sarasota United Soccer League/FC Sarasota & Suncoast Sports as well as having been a Big Sister with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Suncoast. She lives in Sarasota, Florida with her husband and has one son attending Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT.

Darlene Raudabaugh, J.D. – Parliamentarian
Darlene Raudabaugh, JD graduated from Illinois State University with a B.S. in Psychology. She went on to law school in Chicago, graduating from Chicago-Kent/I.I.T. After passing the Illinois Bar exam, she married and moved to England for about two years. Upon returning to the United States, she and her family settled in the Tampa Bay Area and Darlene began working as a paralegal. After working at a couple of smaller firms in Tampa, Darlene worked for Carlton Fields for almost nine years and for Fowler White for more than fifteen years. Her areas of interest focus primarily on commercial litigation and bankruptcy. Her hobbies include reading-, gardening, traveling, being a mom to her two sons and a significant other to a great guy, Pat.
